I get that we’ve all learned to outsource internal answers, betraying the deeper well of wisdom we carry in our body + bloodline. There’s a part of you that no matter how hard you try, how many hours of meditations you do, or tools you learn, it tells you that you’re still not ‘there’ yet, that your vision is forever on it’s way to you.
That you just have to be patient.
Wait.
The divine timing will show up soon.
Do the work.
Make a plan.
Set the goals.
Hold the faith.
I also know there are voices that battle for your focus, feeling like one day you’re lit AF ready to show up and the next day overwhelmed by the sudden collapse in confidence or perhaps quietly convincing yourself that maybe you don't want it anymore or bad enough.... Or that the next level is too big or a vast uncharted territory maybe you’re not ready for.
And so, what do we do?
We do what we’ve learned.
Maybe we grab our journals, scribble out mantras, pull a tarot, or listen to a reprogramming audio that will lift us out of the dark and back into the light. Doing our best to outsmart or override the fear.

We’ve all learned how to hack our system, cleverly avoiding both our pain and our deepest desires, never really stopping to actually listen to what’s really in there. And why would you? It’s locked away in a box that you’ve learned to keep shut.
Because inside is a deeper fear that if you really go all in and it doesn’t work, you’ll be out--
out of ideas, courage, money, time... and what then?

I get that it’s easier to use the tools to disconnect from this sensation and story. We've learned that what doesn't look like love + light in our system is wrong and must be hidden.
Trying to bypass what is, hack our system into high vibrations.
And yet...
We still feel afraid, embarrassed, guilty, worried, anxious
We still avoid, hide and pull away when it gets hard
And if it doesn't work, we make it mean something about us

While I hate to be the bearer of bad news, I gotta be honest with ya. There are no fast-tracked 5-Step Formulas that will get you there without you stepping into the deeper transformational work first. Anyone can buy a system, but not everyone can implement the steps each system requires. Why is that?
At the end of the day it comes down to where our trauma and fear meets with our desires.
Maybe it triggers old wounding (12 year old girls are so mean!), trauma left in our system (this lifetime or others), or it threatens a threshold of change, that deep down when we are honest with ourselves, we don't believe are ready for right now (We can change, but not too much and too fast).
You aren't meant to fast-track your vision.
It's a steady number of committed steps towards who you want to be.
It's being held in a community AND met as the unique soul you are in a 1:1 capacity.
It's being willing to hold the steady over time.

I've been in this work of transformation, healing and personal growth for about 20 years. I started my own business back in 2017, after I left teaching...to put it super simple: it just wasn't 'me' anymore. Salary caps, 50+hours a week and two hours of commuting wasn't okay with me and the me I wanted to become more of. While not everyone around me got it, (I mean, who would give up a salary, pension and benefits for the unknown?), I made a decision, stayed the course while learning how to trust my own process. And this was where the true work began. I made my teaching salary back and more. My vision continues to grow year after year. I'm a small-town gal, with two little kiddos. I don't have any special skills that you don't have. If I can do it, so can you.
One of the teachings I share is that you don't need a piece of paper to qualify you- you are qualified in your experience + conviction. With that said, I personally value working with coaches who embody their work and take the time to invest in professional development. That matters to me, and I'm gonna bet it also does for you!

How long is this program?
HEAL is a 8 week gathering + course, which includes weekly healing calls and Office hours each Friday to get direct feedback and mentorship on what you're working on.
Can we make a payment plan together?
I am always willing to have open conversations about money. If making sure it feels safe to invest is the difference between you joining and not, this is a must-have conversation. I am always open to making it work for both of us. You won't lose your spot because a payment needs more time or you need a change in monthly payments. I am open to talking with you about this. What if I miss a call?
ALL of the calls are recorded and replays will be shared. You have ongoing access to it, even after the course is done. The call times are posted at the end of this page. The live calls are only ONE of the many ways you get supported and you'll still get results despite missing a call here or there. When you prioritize what you want and the support that gets you there, it always works out because you make sure it does XO
What if I'm in another program? Will it be too much, can I do both? Will it overwhelm me??
The very purpose of a program like this is that it's here to help you integrate and make sense of any other program you are in, making sure you apply it to your vision and your life. This course is actually an amazing addition to any program because it will be here to hold you after your other ones complete. It will keep you accountable to USE the course learning you get. The amount of weekly time you commit to the work is your call, the transmission always goes through.
