We are all from somewhere, the Universe, stardust, our own history, lineage and the stories of who we are. We are all etching out a place, a sense of home that feels right for us. This begins within the crevices of your own soul, the path and your journey while you are here on Earth.

.....All of these lifetimes and generations you've been moving through,
living in a paradigm designed to keep your voice quiet....
So many given toxic narratives trying keep the innate and divine power locked away,
trying to isolate the knowledge and access point to a healing process that can free you.
But it still lives in us.

We carry so many lifetimes of knowing, truth, trauma and a deeper purpose within us.
There is no separating between what we know and what we are here to do.
AND we get to remember that.
This remembering gets to lead you in your life.
𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚑𝚊𝚟𝚎 𝚊 𝚍𝚎𝚎𝚙𝚎𝚛 𝚙𝚞𝚛𝚙𝚘𝚜𝚎
YOU are your purpose, fully expanded, expressed and doing your life's work.
You already came coded with what you are here to do and who you are here to be.
Healing through sharing the truths that live inside of you, the burdens and beliefs that you carry, get to move through you and release so that you can renew and reclaim the real Truth of who you are.
We can attempt to run from our painful truths, bypass them, try to meditate away not feeling good enough, and even use our own tools to opt out of the deeper feelings of shame, guilt, anger, or fear.
And I know you're tired of doing this, because it doesn't work.
What does work is to allow the the energy of what we are carrying to move through our system.
This is how everything else in Universe works, so why would we think we are separate from this innate healing process? You are literally made up of the same materials from stardust, loves.

Vibrations respond to energy. Simple.

You can re-write your inner script over and over again, but until you speak the truth of everything that lives in you it will still be there. It's one thing to leave your laundry in the dryer because you don't want to deal with it yet, it's another thing to have this in your body--energetically of course.

i get that it seems scary to really let go
I know there's a part of you that's afraid of how big or scary it might be to really let it all out of us, to really let our familiar wounding go, but our body KNOWS how to do it safely.

I've been in this work of transformation, healing, and personal growth for 20+ years....or since I was about 10 years old if we're counting the work begins after our first existential hit of life 😜
One of the teachings I share is that you don't need a piece of paper to qualify you- you are qualified in your experience + conviction. With that said, I personally value working with coaches who embody their work and take the time to invest in professional development. That matters to me, and I'm gonna bet it also does for you!

Bottom line. I take time and space to intentionally uplevel my teaching, coaching and own healing.
This isn't my first rodeo leading, teaching and facilitating group healing and coaching experience ;)
