I’m gonna to take a wild stab in the dark here (okay, more like a clear stab in full daylight it is soooo true), that the last 7 months have slightly taxed your nervous system. AND, if you’re a momma and your kids are back to school? There’s another layer added. Sure, it’s FABS to know they can head back in whatever format it is...either way, there’s a level of unknown on each end. This can stress our system. Will schools shut down again? What if online isn’t going to work? How can I manage my own work/vision AND still be there for my kids the way I want to?
We are in a new normal, and this is more and more obvious as we all tread into the shifting of the seasons. It’s not that we didn’t know in the summer, but there’s something physiological that happens in our own awareness of change when we feel/see this around us. It prompts us to notice what is already present. Change.
Our ability to deepen into a state of REST + RECOVER is more important than it has ever been. 2020 will continue, and our own resilience and regulation of our own system are what will allow us to not just stay above water but to thrive while swimming. Our natural state is balanced and intuitively tapped in. You get to experience this even in 2020. Especially now.

FAQs
Do I need yoga experience? No, 110% no. You just need yourself and willingness to show up on your mat. Also, because it's not safe for me to teach you complex yoga on zoom, it will be restorative and gentle practises.
I can't meditate! I'm not good at it! Is that okay? Yeppers! Also, great because you'll know how to once we are done! This is how you get better :)
I can't make the live sessions? Should I still sign up? Yep, indeed you can still sign up. Actually, ALL the sessions are recorded and saved in your online course link so that you can access them whenever you want. Pretty sweet, eh? You might even prefer to do the course at your own pace each morning, on your own time. It's amazing that you get to let this course work for you!
What if I fall asleep at the end? Hehe, that means you're reeeally relaxed! And yes, you can totally fall asleep. The body knows what to do.
